About C-IN2C-IN2 is a New York–based menswear brand known for bold design, sharp fits, and thoughtful construction. We create underwear and essentials with a strong focus on fit, fabric, comfort, and modern design. We are a small, highly collaborative team working across design, production, ecommerce, and retail.
About the RoleWe are seeking an Entry‑Level Assistant Designer to support the development of our menswear and underwear collections. This is a hands‑on, early‑career position ideal for a recent graduate or junior candidate seeking real‑world experience in apparel design and product development. You’ll work closely with the Head of Design and support the day‑to‑day development process from concept through sampling and production. This role is best suited for someone interested in learning the product development side of the apparel business in a small team environment.
The role includes both creative and hands‑on responsibilities, including working directly with garment samples, fittings, and product organization.
- Assist with flats, technical sketches, and Illustrator updates
- Help prepare presentation boards, color‑ups, and seasonal materials
- Support tech pack and product development organization
- Receive, organize, and track development samples
- Assist with fittings and maintain fit notes
- Prepare samples for reviews and presentations
- Help maintain design files, trackers, and calendars
- Conduct basic trend, fabric, and market research
- Support communication and follow‑ups with vendors and factories
- Degree in Fashion Design, Menswear, or related field preferred
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized
- Interest in menswear, underwear, and product development
- Comfortable working with physical product and garment samples
- Ability to support both creative and operational tasks in a small team environment
You’ll be part of a small, fast‑moving team of 3–4 people in our New York office. This role offers direct exposure to the full product development process and the opportunity to learn closely alongside an experienced design and production team.
CompensationEntry‑level compensation commensurate with experience.
