The Page Six video team is seeking an on‑site Video Producer/Editor (temporary) to help us distribute existing series and create compelling, shareable videos about gossip, celebrities, reality TV and fashion.

• Communicate closely with the Executive Producer about the best approaches and priorities for videos and studio shoots.
• Assist in video production, identifying needs and pitching story ideas to the EP.
• Know video on all platforms and understand what performs well on Instagram, You Tube, Facebook and Twitter.
• Pitch video ideas daily and contribute to team brainstorming.
• Write and refine scripts for the studio, elevating content through compelling, audience‑first storytelling.
• Add videos to articles and publish on social platforms such as You Tube.

• At least 5 years working in production, with scripting experience.
• Ability to edit basic video on Adobe Premiere.
• Daily newsroom experience and familiarity with Airtable, Wordpress, Parsley and JW Player CMS a plus.
• Experience working in a state‑of‑the‑art, fast‑paced, live control room environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; organized, resourceful, and a team player.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and juggle dozens of videos throughout the day.
• Willingness to work non‑traditional hours such as holidays, nights and big tentpole events when needed.

Base Pay Range: $40 - $50/hr.

This role has an expected duration of 4‑5 months, subject to change depending on business needs. It is a five‑day a week in‑office job and a temporary engagement facilitated through a third‑party vendor.
