Hannity is looking for a dedicated and experienced Associate Producer/Booker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching stories and guests, producing segments, assisting segment producers, coordinating field shoots, and securing high‑profile guests for the show. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative newsroom environment and has a strong passion for politics, current events, and cultural stories driving the national conversation.
You will be offered the following shift:
Monday – Friday from 2 PM – 10 PM ET
- Pitch compelling stories, segments, and guests daily
- Book guests including politicians and news makers
- Conduct pre‑interviews and compile research for guest appearances and segments
- Assist segment producers/writers with elements and segment production
- Build graphics, write banners, teases, and other editorial elements
- Help coordinate and arrange field shoots
- Assist with breaking news coverage and last‑minute editorial needs
- Work closely with producers, writers, and bookers to execute a fast‑paced nightly show
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience in television production, booking, or a newsroom/research role
- Strong knowledge of and passion for current events and politics
- Proven ability to secure guests and cultivate relationships
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to write in clear, concise formats
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations
- Team‑player attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to breaking news and changing priorities

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
