The Role
You’ll lead the design of brand experiences across multiple physical and graphic touchpoints, from CPG packaging taken from concept through production, to environmental signage and way finding, and full branded environments.
This is the creative lead. You’ll translate strategy into work people move through rather than just look at, holding brand, space and storytelling together as one coherent system, and presenting concepts and strategic rationale directly to clients. You’ll run workshops, join site visits, and work with internal teams and external production partners through every phase. The brief calls for someone who originates ideas and owns creative components – not someone slotted into execution.

The PersonYou’re a Senior Brand Designer, likely with eight or more years behind you, currently in or recently out of a top-tier New York agency – and you’re leading projects, not executing them.
Your portfolio spans identity systems but reaches into the physical: packaging through production, environmental graphics, way finding, and branded space. You present strategy as comfortably as you present design. And you know New York well enough that it shows in the work.
