Wright Way Coaching Seeking College Musical Theatre Interns for Our 2026 NYC Broadway Intensive
Wright Way Coaching is seeking enthusiastic college students currently studying Musical Theatre, Vocal Performance, Dance, or a related theatre discipline to join our creative team as interns for our 2026 Broadway Intensive.
Internship DatesJuly 27 – August 1, 2026
Interns must be available for the entire week. Most days run approximately 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
, so applicants should expect a full, immersive rehearsal process.
Rehearsals: Ripley-Grier Studios, New York City
Performance: The Sheen Center, No
Ho, New York City
Final Showcase: Saturday, August 1 at 7:30 PM
- Assisting the directors, choreographers, and music staff throughout the week
- Helping facilitate rehearsals and assisting with the day-to-day operation of the intensive
- Working directly with the students during rehearsals and throughout the intensive
- Learning how a professional Broadway-style musical theatre intensive is created and produced
- Having the opportunity to perform in the final showcase, as rehearsal time allows
- Perform in front of invited New York talent agents and managers
- Participate in a Casting Director workshop
- Participate in a Choreographer workshop
- Gain valuable experience working alongside professional theatre artists in New York City
This is an unpaid internship. Students may be able to receive college internship credit if permitted by their school. Any college credit arrangements must be made through the student's institution and are not the responsibility of Wright Way Coaching.
Applicants should be local to the New York City area, or be able to arrange their own housing and transportation for the duration of the intensive. Wright Way Coaching does not provide housing or transportation.
