Freelance Associate Producer – America Reports (Remote). We are looking for a talented, organized, and motivated individual with a strong news instinct and a genuine passion for politics and breaking news.

• Write compelling anchor scripts—including readers, VOSOTs, and guest and reporter intros—as well as craft sharp lower thirds and teasers.
• Pitch, develop, and produce original story ideas.
• Monitor live events to identify breaking news and important developments.
• Stay ahead of the day's news by tracking editorial updates and communicating changes quickly and effectively to the team.
• Perform research, find, cut, and produce elements, and write scripts as needed.
• Coordinate daily story development with the show team.

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in television news production.
• Strong editorial judgment and logistical skills, with a solid understanding of national and international politics.
• A self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly during breaking news.
• Familiarity with iNews, Dalet, and VIZ preferred.

• Pay range: $67,000.00 – $75,000.00 annually, contingent on education, skills, experience, and location.
