Graphic Designer

Role Duration: Immediate – October 23, 2026

Salary: $70,000 annually (prorated)

Location: New York, NY (hybrid)

Berlin Rosen is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Berlin Rosen Campaigns (BRC) team as we staff up for the 2026 election season. You have proven design expertise and a deep interest in politics, with the ability to independently translate abstract messages into high‑impact direct mail, canvassing literature, digital and social media ads and other creative products.

• Collaborate with Art Directors and account team members on multiple campaigns to produce and edit eye‑catching, high‑impact direct mail and other campaign materials
• Regularly meet tight deadlines for a diverse range of candidates running for office
• Find solutions to feedback that maintain strong layouts, branding, and design hierarchy
• Actively participate in visual concepts for mail
• Organize and maintain project files

• 3–5 years of experience with print design and art direction in an agency setting (or comparable environment)
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Detail‑oriented, efficient, organized, highly productive, and collaborative approach to work with strong time management skills
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced work environment and work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, during peak periods
• Can adapt under pressure and quickly pivot priorities to meet last‑minute deadlines
