Senior Social Producer, Design and Photo

Gallery Media Group is looking for a senior creative to produce and oversee social content across a range of clients and verticals, with a heavy focus on design and original photography.

As Digiday’s Most Innovative Publisher of 2024 and part of VaynerX, the Gary Vaynerchuk-owned holding company, GMG offers uniquely exciting experience in digital media and social-first content.

Working as part of the Organic Social team, you will be responsible for producing creative and engaging social assets in-line with client briefs and guidelines, from ideation through execution.

We are looking for someone with a keen creative eye, a ton of original ideas about how to bring brands to life on social, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments (with Strategy, Production, Client Services and Influencer teams).

The ideal candidate will have experience with product-focused photography and graphic design for Instagram and Tik Tok creative.

Experience:

• 3+ years working in a creative role for an agency, digital publisher, and/or brand
• Heavy design experience and proficiency in Photoshop
• A portfolio of photography work, including creative product imagery
• Has organized and overseen in-studio shoots
• Experience with and understanding of social platforms (especially Instagram and Tik Tok)
• Comfortable providing feedback and guidance to more junior content creators
• Adept at ideating and communicating creative concepts in-line with a client brief

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing photoshoots designed to capture creative, high-quality and social-first product imagery
• Creative ideation for photo and design needs
• Post-production for original photo assets as needed
• Creating engaging Instagram and Tik Tok content for clients’ social feeds
• Upholding creative standards across brands in-line with client guidelines and direction

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 USD
