Print & Pattern Design

  • Manage the lab dip and print strike‑off process, reviewing submissions for accuracy in tone, saturation, scale, and hand feel.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to vendors to ensure color consistency and print quality.
  • Maintain color standards and oversee approvals through color trial and pre‑production stages.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development to ensure alignment between creative direction and commercial objectives.
  • Support product storytelling and visual assets for internal reviews and launch planning.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience leveraging AI‑based design platforms to accelerate ideation and iteration.

Strong knowledge of repeat layouts, scale development, and color separation for production.

Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple seasonal calendars simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
