Location: New York

International Financing Review (IFR), the premier source for in-depth reporting on the global capital markets, is seeking a Senior Reporter to lead our coverage of the US high‑grade bond market—one of the most dynamic and influential sectors in finance. As a key member of our newsroom, you’ll be the go‑to expert on US investment‑grade corporate bonds, shaping coverage that informs and influences a global audience.

Your work will appear across IFR’s platforms—from real‑time screens to our flagship weekly magazine—giving you unmatched visibility and impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Break market‑moving news and deliver insightful analysis on trends, deals, and key players.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top‑tier sources: investors, bankers, corporate executives and legal experts.
  • Represent IFR at industry events and in media appearances as the face of our high‑grade bond coverage.
  • Collaborate with a seasoned editorial team to refine stories and elevate our reporting standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience covering US corporate bond markets or related financial sectors.
  • A strong network of industry contacts and a passion for cultivating new sources.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $112,500 – $187,500 (eligible for Annual Incentive Plan). LSEG benefits include annual wellness allowance, paid time‑off, medical, dental, vision, flex spending & health savings options, prescription drug plan, 401(k) savings plan with company match, basic life insurance, disability benefits and more.
