Brand Designer

Rinse+Repeat is a platform dedicated to discovering, elevating, and celebrating emerging artists and cultures within the global electronic dance music scene through online media (radio and record label) and immersive in-person experiences. We’re looking for a TALENTED AND EXPERIENCED Brand Designer to join our team and help define the visual identity of our brand and creative projects.

We’re looking for a talented Brand Designer to refine and maintain the visual identity of Rinse+Repeat. The ideal candidate has strong aesthetic sensibility, a pulse on contemporary design trends, and is a skilled conceptual thinker. This role offers ownership, with the opportunity to shape a cohesive brand identity and guide the visual direction across content. Experience working at a graphic studio or in music, is a big plus.

This role will start on a per-project basis, with the potential to evolve into additional opportunities or a long-term position.

• Help define and execute Rinse+Repeat's visual brand identity.
• Create engaging design assets for digital platforms (and occasional print).
• Develop original concepts that keep the brand experience consistent and on-point.
• Build visual guidelines to ensure everything stays cohesive and aligned with the brand.
• Stay current with design trends and introduce new ideas to keep the brand feeling relevant.

• 2-5 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or brand development.
• A portfolio that shows your work in building strong visual identities.
• Experience with creating and applying design systems.
• Solid grasp of design principles like typography, color, and composition.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• A self-starter with great communication and collaboration skills.
