About the role
Bumble's Creative Studio is looking for a Graphic Designer to support our portfolio of apps globally. The role is based in the US and reports to the Design Lead in the UK.
Key Accountabilities- Design across a broad range of communications for Bumble Inc.'s diverse brands, spanning social, growth, CRM, ASO, marketing, and partnership campaigns globally.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs across print and digital media.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers and art directors to produce cohesive, engaging work across all brands.
- Contribute creative ideas actively in brainstorming and concepting sessions to enhance overall design quality.
- Present work to key stakeholders, clearly explaining the assignment and the rationale behind your design decisions.
- Uphold and champion Bumble Inc.'s brand standards across all markets and touchpoints, ensuring consistency at every level.
- Manage your own workload effectively, and flag any resource or timeline considerations proactively.
Experience We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for detail and versatile design thinking. They're comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and bringing innovative ideas to every brief.
About You
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the tech sector.
- Proficiency in design applications (Adobe CC, Figma) and embracing emerging tools, including AI.
- Positive, committed attitude with a can‑do mindset and flexibility to handle complex problems.
- Keen cultural curiosity and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple briefs and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong time‑management skills, attention to detail, and deep understanding of design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory.
- Capable of delivering work across digital, print, packaging, and out‑of‑home channels.
- Creative problem‑solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Passion for the brand vision and values.
Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and skill set.
