The Role
You’ll set creative vision and own where the brand goes next, partnering directly with the Founder & Creative Director. You’ll generate original campaign concepts and visual frameworks across photography, video, digital, social, print, OOH and retail - not execute someone else’s direction.
Building the creative systems, you’ll define lanes that let a growing team operate with autonomy without lowering the standard. And you’ll direct key shoots on set, then lead and develop a team of photographers, graphic and spatial designers, plus freelancers, with scope for an associate AD beneath you.
The Package- $145,000 - $165,000
- 5 days a week in the studio
- Regular travel to New Orleans
- Portfolio-defining work
You've spent roughly 8 - 10+ years in art direction or creative leadership, most likely at a fashion-adjacent brand with real equity rather than a large legacy house - somewhere you''ve owned a brand's creative rather than a slice of it.
Your portfolio shows concept-led thinking and genuine taste, and you've worked closely with founders and senior creative leadership before. In a sentence: we’re after someone who has built and developed teams, and is fluent across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
