Our client, a leading organization in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is seeking a Digital Retoucher to join their dynamic team. As a Digital Retoucher, you will be an integral part of the Digital Product Content team supporting marketing and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, creative problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Digital Retoucher

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $35-37/hr

• Must have experience in Beauty/Fashion industry background
• Retouch and enhance digital product imagery, ensuring color accuracy and visual consistency across all assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, to perform high-quality retouching and color correction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards.
• Support the creation of textures and product packaging visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in digital retouching or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of color management and texture creation within cosmetics categories.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Self‑motivated with a solution‑oriented mindset and attention to detail.
