Job Summary

STARK isseekingan energetic and creative Graphic Designer with a forward-thinking approach to design to help elevate our brand image. This role is ideal for a proactive designer who values craftsmanship and brand storytelling, working closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Graphic Designer supports team members with all campaign projects from concept to design implementation,executing oncreative briefs for both digital andprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Execution: Design high-quality layouts, typography, and image selections for presentations, catalogs, social media, email marketing, and web assets.
  • Brand Stewardship: Apply andmaintainstrict brand guidelines across all deliverables to ensure a cohesive, elevated brand across print, digital, and physical touchpoints.
  • Multi-Channel Design: Responsible for print and digital advertising layout and design, showroom collateral and signage, email design, and more.
  • Brief Implementation: Execute oncreative briefs for catalogs, editorial, advertising, product labeling, brand identity, and packaging.
  • Production & Quality: Prepareaccuratefiles for print and digital production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and a luxury-level finish.
  • Asset Organization: Design digital and print creative that delivers high-impact, customer-facing content while keeping all assets organized for effective distribution.
  • Strategic Input: Activelyparticipatein the creative process by presenting thorough, well-developed recommendations to meetobjectivesin the creative brief process.
  • Workflow Management: Work from production schedules and status to manage time and multiple projects and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to support seasonal campaigns and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Industry Background: Preferred experience within luxury, interiors, fashion, architecture, or premium consumer brands.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, ora related field.
  • Technical Mastery: Advancedproficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfoliodemonstratingexcellent conceptual work, design fundamentals, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Emerging Tech: Knowledge of AI platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT,and Midjourney
  • Production Expertise: Strong understanding of print materials, digital design best practices, and specialty finishes.
  • Web Basics: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end web development to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
  • Brand Evolution: Experience working within evolving or repositioning brand environments.

  • Forward-Thinking: A creative designer with an energetic and modern approach to design.
  • Detail-Driven: Highly organized with a strong eye for detail, craftsmanship, and quality.
