The Role

At Giant Spoon, we're looking for a Senior Producer who is passionate about creative advertising, driven to bring ambitious ideas to life, and thrives on producing best‑class work across every medium. Reporting to the VP, Content Production, you'll lead integrated productions from concept through final delivery, partnering closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Business Affairs, and external production partners to deliver exceptional work across video, broadcast, social, experiential, branded content, and emerging platforms.

We're seeking a strategic, solutions‑oriented production leader who balances creative ambition with operational excellence. You'll oversee budgets, schedules, production teams, and vendor relationships while proactively identifying opportunities, solving complex production challenges, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest creative standard.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is ready to become a Spoon — to give a damn, try anything, and enjoy the people they are working with. This team is based in the New York office and works in a hybrid fashion with in‑office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We are looking for candidates who can join us in NYC!

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000. Salary is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location. For this role, we also offer programs such as medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and various other benefits and perks.
