Associate Creative Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Design Lead with deep expertise in branding, visual design, and a strong creative vision. This role covers brand marketing, web, art direction, performance design, and requires a sharp eye for motion design and video—ideal for someone who thrives on variety and pushes creative boundaries.

• Playing a strategic and technical role in refining brand strategy as we grow in the beauty and wellness industry
• Working cross-functionally to translate business objectives into creative strategies
• Generating ideas for new, innovative initiatives, performance campaigns, brand campaigns, and programs for a growing customer base
• Leading creative projects across brand marketing, web, art direction, performance design, motion design, and video
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure creative alignment with business goals
• Reporting to the Creative Director

• Have deep expertise in branding, visual design, and creative direction
• Possess a strong creative vision and the ability to push creative boundaries
• Are experienced in motion design and video
• Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Can translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies
• Are comfortable working in a hybrid environment with in-office attendance 3-4 days per week, including required days on Tuesdays and Thursdays
