We are looking for an exceptional designer to join our growing creative team. We seek a well-rounded, creative individual who will bring enthusiasm and initiative to the position. This is a great opportunity for an experienced designer with strong PowerPoint skills to work creatively across a variety of projects in the world of healthcare and wellness. The work is always different and spans a broad range of media.

From developing branding materials for a medical symposium to executing fresh and innovative clinical slide decks to developing eye-catching infographics—no day is the same. Working closely with the scientific, editorial, and account teams, you will be the go‑to for all things creative for the NY team. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of the big three Adobe apps (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and PowerPoint.

Any experience of motion design and video production, including use of Adobe Premiere and After Effects, is a bonus. Experience in a fast‑paced studio environment with excellent time management is desirable as is the ability to work both collaboratively and independently while juggling multiple assignments.

• Works closely with all departments to create memorable presentation decks for clients and new business pitches
• Works closely with senior creative staff to shape and enforce branding strategies, implement conceptual and stylistic direction, and maintain design integrity and continuity throughout projects
• Creates custom images/graphic elements, data visualization/infographics, charts/graphs/figure redraws, and PowerPoint animations
• Creates original artwork files from brand guidelines
• Provides production assistance as needed (inputting edits/corrections)
• Ad hoc print and digital design requests (image retouching, stock image searches, icon creation, portfolio/pitch mockups)
• Provide financial oversight, including drafting work orders, reviewing timesheets for all jobs under your purview, and budget management

• Demonstrates superior design skills and abilities
• Ability to take a project from the initial brief to a successful and timely completion
• Is an extremely detailed, organized, and deadline‑oriented individual, with excellent time‑management skills
• Expert knowledge of Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office programs (especially PowerPoint) a must
• Ae animation and Pr editing skills experience is a bonus
• Excels at working both collaboratively and independently
• Confident, proactive, and adaptable
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Minimum 4 years of studio experience

Diploma or degree in graphic design or related subject. Virgo Characteristics:
