What We Need:

We’re seeking a skilled Executive Assistant who combines exceptional administrative capability with strong project management expertise. In this role, you’ll support our Chief Business Officer and play a meaningful role in progressing key work across marketing-related functions.

The right person is polished, proactive, and deeply trustworthy—someone who can anticipate what’s needed with minimal direction and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for an EA who wants to grow—because you’ll gain exposure to senior decision-making while building strong operational, partnership, and project leadership skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Work in a project management capacity across multiple marketing functions to track and assist in progressing work streams

  • Track, manage and progress partnerships and events

  • Schedule appointments, plan meetings, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses

  • Team player with excellent communication skills; be the “hub” by providing constant coordination with other executives and their teams

  • Organize daily, weekly & monthly calendars—and work from a constantly updated shared ‘to do’ list

  • Anticipate and interpret the needs of management with minimal direction

  • Screen calls and respond to general inquiries

  • Be available as needed after-hours and weekends during busy times
