The Global Brand Creative Team brings the Weight Watchers brand to life through inspiring and engaging design. We are storytellers, problem solvers, and brand ambassadors who transform ideas into powerful visuals that resonate with our audience and empower healthier, longer lives.
What You Will Do- In this role, you will be a key designer in developing print and digital branded assets that span a variety of consumer touchpoints and channels. Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Creating assets for email marketing, banner ads, social, GIFs, mobile-first website pages, and in some cases packaging or other print projects
- Working closely with the Art Director to create engaging, modern creative solutions for member and brand marketing campaigns that communicate our brand globally while upholding the style guide
- Helping to create mini-branded campaign looks through mood boards and style guides
- Demonstrating a variety of creative styles and methodologies and developing bold, original designs
- Understanding visual hierarchy and how to design impactful marketing assets while remaining elevated and sophisticated
- Consistently seeking new creative techniques and ways to expand creative skills
- With 5+ years of experience in graphic design, you have an instinctive eye for what works. You use typography, layout, form, and color effectively and have an eye for photography and illustration. You also have:
- A strong understanding of web standards and image optimization techniques; knowledge of web and email technology restrictions and opportunities
- Experience designing for emails, social, digital, packaging, and print
- Figma is the main tool we use; you should be an expert in Figma and able to design, refine, edit, prototype, and present in Figma. Proficiency with Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus;
After Effects or other animation experience is a plus. G-Suite is used for file organization. - Strong prioritization skills to pivot as business goals change and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate creative ideas in a collaborative environment and solve both technical and creative challenges from concept to final delivery
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with CMS systems are a plus
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
CompensationUS Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD
