Executive Producer

My client is a leading global events solutions provider is seeking a Executive Producer to support the delivery of large-scale, high-profile corporate events as part of its continued U.S. expansion. This role sits within a fast-growing events division and will play a critical part in managing complex, multi-day conferences and brand experiences for major enterprise clients.

The position requires ownership of end-to-end event delivery, including creative concepting, RFP responses, budget development, and on-site execution
. Projects are highly complex, often featuring multiple stages, live streaming, and attendance ranging from 1,000+ participants, with budgets typically between $5M–$7M. Experience working with union labor venues and managing intricate production requirements is highly valued.

This individual will also lead cross-functional teams spanning production, creative, technology, and logistics, while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. The role demands a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who can operate autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver exceptional experiences under tight timelines.

An agency background is strongly preferred, particularly with exposure to large-scale conference environments, complex budget management, and client-facing responsibilities.
