• Responsible for working with the Design, PD, and Merchandising teams to understand deliverables and meet deadlines for creating and passing product specs for all stages of development - concept through production. These deadlines may fluctuate due to timing and include, but are not limited to, the following.
• Proto rounds - work collaboratively with the designer to ensure that all specs created reflect the intentions of that designer. Ensure accuracy of all information captured in specs by self-checking sketches & dimensions.
• Final Bulk Pass Off - Assist Tech Designer & Sr Tech Designer in executing final product spec updates and corrections for that season, ensuring that any and all changes to the product after market are approved by the design team.
• Assist in making sure that product specs are consistent across all factories and all seasons.
• Assist in the review and correction of post-market samples.
• Assist in the creation & maintenance of digital Design detail & standards libraries.
• Assist in research of product functionality trends across market.
• Assist in CAD & artwork creation in Illustrator & Photoshop, as needed.
• Assist in presentation organization, set up, & clean up. Assist in Design workroom organization & maintenance.

• Strong communication and email skills.
• Detailed note taking & organizational skills.
• Construction knowledge preferred.
• Flexibility to work in-office, as needed, based on development calendar.

• Minimum 0-3 years experience.
• College degree in fashion design or a related field.
• Illustrator and Photoshop experience required.
• Substance 3D experience a plus.
• Raspberry AI, Adobe Firefly AI, or other product Design AI experience a plus.
• Microsoft Excel experience a plus.
