Location: New York
New Form in NYC is seeking a hands-on content creator and on-set producer to lead high-volume shoots. You will drive end-to-end production, from prep and lighting to talent direction and on-camera presence, across phone-first to multi-camera formats.
You will collaborate with strategists to translate scripts into production-ready plans, mentor junior staff, and stay ahead of trends in social formats and platform behaviour. This is a growth-focused role based in NYC.
