7 Train Media is looking for a reliable part-time Production Assistant / Production Coordinator to support our NYC production work, with potential to grow into a full-time role. We produce press junkets, interviews, Q&As, live streams, branded content, corporate shoots, and hotel/studio setups for entertainment, PR, agency, and corporate clients. This role would support both office/prep work and on-site production days.

Responsibilities may include gear prep, packing and organizing equipment, assisting with load-ins/load-outs, supporting producers and crews on set, coordinating runs, managing small production tasks, helping with inventory, keeping the office/gear area organized, and assisting with general production logistics. The right person is organized, dependable, proactive, comfortable around production gear, able to lift/carry equipment, good with details, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Production experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important. This is part-time/flexible to start, with the possibility of becoming a full-time position for the right person. NYC-based preferred. Must be comfortable working in Astoria/Queens and on location throughout NYC.
