Location: New York
The Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, Inc. seeks part-time West African musicians to accompany dance residencies through AAIE, including Ailey Dance Kids, Ailey Camp, Ailey Dance for Active Aging, and National Outreach.
Residencies occur at schools, community centers, hospitals, and The Joan Weill Center for Dance, with 1-hour workshops to multi-week engagements. Applicants must demonstrate West African percussion expertise, a passion for youth, willingness to travel within the NYC metro area, and
