We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support a fast-paced Presentation Design Studio serving internal stakeholders across Investment Banking, Markets, Treasury, and Corporate Banking. The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, pitch books, marketing materials, and custom graphics while working under tight deadlines in a corporate environment.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

• Design and produce pitch books, deal books, presentations, templates, infographics, and other marketing materials using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, custom graphics, logos, maps, and illustrations.
• Ensure all deliverables meet established corporate branding and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
• Maintain accurate job tracking and support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate or service-oriented environment, preferably within financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro).
• Portfolio showcasing recent presentation and graphic design work is required.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, Blender, Map Info, or print production processes is a plus.
