The RoleWe’re looking for a passionate, culturally plugged-in creative to join our team in New York. At the core of this role is creative direction: working hand-in-hand with emerging designers to understand their vision and translate it into compelling, elevated content across all of Closr's social platforms. You’ll work directly with Closr's leadership and our designer community, shaping campaigns, managing our social presence, and helping tell the stories behind the brands we believe in.
This isn’t a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. You’ll own real work from day one.
- Shape creative direction for emerging designer storytelling through the Closr voice across Instagram and Tik Tok, Pinterest
- Build and manage the content calendar across all social platforms, with a consistent luxe aesthetic
- Create original written, graphic, and video content that reflects our brand voice
- Grow and engage our community daily, authentically and not algorithmically
- Scout and build presence on emerging platforms before the curve
- Lead influencer outreach and relationship-building within the luxury fashion community
- Assist with product launch and designer drop marketing plans
- Track analytics across platforms and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Help plan and produce curated, high-touch NYC events spotlighting our global designers
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, PR, Photography/Film or a related field
- Exceptional at Instagram and Tik Tok, from a creation standpoint not just consumption
- Strong creative direction skills with an ability to interpret a designer’s world and bring it to life through elevated content
- Strong storytelling instincts across written, visual, and video formats
- A genuine appreciation for luxury fashion paired with a passion for sustainability and emerging designers
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), Cap Cut, and Google Suite
- Experience with social analytics tools and an eye for trend-spotting from a luxury brand perspective
- Hands‑on experience with DSLR photography and filming is a plus
- Access to NYFW shows and global fashion week coverage opportunities
- Direct collaboration with some of the most exciting emerging luxury designers in the world
- A front‑row seat to reshaping what responsible luxury fashion looks like
