About RAIOLA/Co.

RAIOLA/Co. is a full-service event design and production agency based in New York City. We create high-impact experiences for corporate events, brand activations, nonprofit galas, and special occasions.

Our team combines creativity, craftsmanship, and flawless execution to bring each client’s vision to life. We work with an established roster of global brands and organizations across industries including financial services, legal, nonprofit, advertising, pharmaceutical, and professional sports.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Event Producer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an energetic problem solver and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing complex events to life.

The Event Producer manages all aspects of the production process—from initial concept and planning through implementation, live event execution, and load‑out. You will oversee the creative, technical, logistical, and financial details that make an event successful while serving as a trusted partner to clients, vendors, and the internal team.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage events from concept through production, live execution, and load‑out
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and production strategies
  • Coordinate all logistical, technical, audiovisual, and production requirements
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and external production partners
  • Serve as the onsite production lead and primary point of contact
  • Manage labor crews, A/V technicians, show assignments, and onsite responsibilities
  • Oversee project budgets, track expenses, manage scope changes, and support final reconciliation
  • Ensure vendor invoices and event expenses are accurate and properly processed
  • Partner closely with clients and internal teams to deliver against strategic objectives, timelines, and financial goals
  • Anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and respond to the needs of events in progress
  • Maintain exceptional standards for quality, detail, and client service.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience producing and directing large-scale corporate and special events
  • Strong knowledge of event production, logistics, and lighting/audiovisual technology
  • Experience managing complex budgets, vendors, and labor crews
  • Excellent project management, organization, and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to error-free execution
  • The ability to read technical design documents and proposals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working directly with clients and building strong vendor relationships
  • The ability to anticipate project needs and take initiative without constant oversight
  • Comfort managing multiple projects and shifting priorities at once
  • The ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Proficiency with the Google Suite – Sheets, Docs, Slides

You’ll thrive if you are: A collaborative team player. A clear communicator. A creative thinker. Someone with a sense of humor who takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously.

You enjoy solving problems, building relationships, traveling, and creating extraordinary experiences. You are comfortable working in a small, open-plan team environment and understand that live events sometimes require flexibility, extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

This is a hands‑on event production role. Candidates must be comfortable standing, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods; working in a range of indoor and outdoor conditions; assisting with loading equipment; and lifting up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Why Join RAIOLA/Co.

At RAIOLA/Co., you’ll join a collaborative team that values creativity, craftsmanship, relationships, and exceptional execution. You’ll have the opportunity to work on dynamic events for leading brands and organizations while helping shape memorable experiences from the ground up.
