Fox TV Stations FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full‑power broadcast television stations in the U.S., covering 14 of the top 15 largest markets and 11 duopoly markets, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago. 18 stations are affiliates of the FOX Network. The stations produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news per week and distribute entertainment, syndicated and sports content.

• Line produce and write for fast‑paced, high‑story‑count local live newscasts.
• Copy edit when needed and perform desktop editing for voice‑overs, onscreen graphics and graphic element building.
• Write and produce segments within a newscast.
• Lead editorial meetings, interface with reporters and anchors, and provide editorial guidance.
• Work flexible hours and shifts; availability during overnight and weekend shifts required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience writing and fill‑in line producing for a news show in a major market.
• Ability to write and produce newscast segments under pressure.
• Creativity and strong performance in high‑pressure environments.
• Experience leading editorial meetings and guiding reporters and anchors.
• Requirement to join the WGA East union.

Pay range: $47.10–$50.41 per hour, based on education, skills, experience and location, in accordance with the applicable union collective bargaining agreement.
