• has 4+ years experience creating commercial spots
• has strong verbal, listening and communication skills; can clearly articulate ideas with confidence
• is knowledgeable about post-production workflow
• is able to estimate edit time and stick to schedule
• can help with creative concept and bring unique vision to each project
• can create simple motion-graphics
• has a strong eye for detail, light, and shadow
• has an understanding of visual communication and an eye for brand aesthetic
• is either based in New York City, or has a fast internet connection and is able to download and upload large files
• After Effects and simple animation experience a plus!
• is passionate about bringing stories to life through all stages of the production process
• isable to create videos that clearly communicate an intended story
• is knowledgeable about and able to shoot on a variety of cameras (Arri, Red, Sony)
• is knowledgeable about lighting equipment and can work with both artificial and natural light, using both to their advantage
• can help with creative concept and bring unique vision to each project
• has good technical expertise of camera, sound, lighting, and grip equipment
• has a strong eye for detail, light, and shadow
• has an understanding of visual communication and an eye for brand aesthetic
• can think strategically about what shots will catch a viewer’s attention
• can potentially conduct interviews with team and clients on camera
• has a good demeanor with clients and is respectful of everyone on set
• is located in or near New York City and willing to travel for shoots
• isable to create photos that clearly communicate an intended story
• is knowledgeable about lighting equipment and can work with both artificial and natural light, using both to their advantage
• can help with creative concept and bring unique vision to each project
• has good technical expertise of camera and lighting
• has a strong eye for detail, light, and shadow
• is comfortable and competent shooting both product and people
• Is comfortable directing and posing models and actors
• has an understanding of visual communication and an eye for brand aesthetic
• can think strategically about what shots will catch a viewer’s attention
• has a good demeanor with clients and is respectful of everyone on set
• can work in tandem with a film team to capture photos on a film set
• is located in or near New York City and willing to travel for shoots
