Senior Digital Designer

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer with a strong visual design background to create world‑class digital products and experiences for enterprise clients. This role will serve as a visual craft leader, partnering with UX and design leadership to develop high-quality product experiences, design systems, prototypes, and innovative solutions.

• Own visual design direction across digital products, prototypes, and new business initiatives, with a focus on typography, color, layout, iconography, motion, and overall craft.
• Design intuitive user experiences, including workflows, states, and scalable design systems—not just individual screens.
• Partner with UX and design leaders to define design patterns and deliver cohesive enterprise experiences.
• Create high‑fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Framer, Proto Pie, or similar platforms.
• Leverage AI and generative design tools to enhance exploration, prototyping, and production workflows.
• Contribute to client presentations, new business pitches, and design reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and support a strong culture of design excellence.

• 6+ years of digital product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft across apps, platforms, and digital experiences.
• Strong expertise in visual design fundamentals including typography, color, grid systems, hierarchy, iconography, and motion.
• Experience designing user flows, interaction patterns, and scalable systems.
• Ability to articulate and defend design decisions with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Proto Pie, or similar.
• Experience incorporating AI and generative tools into the design process.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG and inclusive design principles.
• Experience presenting work to senior stakeholders and contributing to enterprise‑level design initiatives.
