BRIDAL STUDIO INC. seeks Bridal Fashion Designer in Brooklyn, NY.
Duties- design bridal gowns and custom wedding dresses based on client consultations, measurements, and style preferences;
- create design concepts, sketches, and technical details including fabric, embellishment, and silhouette selections;
- select and source fabrics, laces, embroideries, and accessories suitable for bridal wear;
- prepare patterns and sample garments and work with tailors and seamstresses to execute designs;
- conduct client fittings and determine required alterations to achieve final garment approval;
- track production progress and maintain design, fabric, and client records according to studio procedures.
- High school diploma and 2 years of experience in bridal fashion design, garment design, or custom apparel design.
Report to 18 Spencer St., 4th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11205 (Kings County).
Salary: $108,000 per year.
