* This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon. – Thurs.) and is based out of our New York Office or Corporate Headquarters in WI.
As the Graphic Designer you will deliver high-quality visual designs across print and digital media, independently managing projects from initial brief through final production. This role partners with Senior Graphic Designers and Art Directors to interpret creative direction and apply brand guidelines and product storytelling to a wide range of assets.
Witha high levelof dependability and attention to detail, the Graphic Designer ensures all work is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time, while supporting the overall consistency and effectiveness of creative across channels.
- Owns and executes design projects from brief through final production across print and digital channels.
- Independently manages multiple projects, balancing priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Produces accurate, high-quality, production-ready files, including preparing and organizing assets for distribution.
- Applies brand guidelines and creative direction to develop effective, on-brand design solutions.
- Makes informed design decisions and solves creative challenges within established frameworks.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align creative output with business goals and product storytelling.
- Activelyparticipatesin brainstorming and creative review sessions, contributing ideas and solutions to enhance campaigns and assets.
- Conducts competitive and industry research to inform design decisions and support innovation within assigned projects.
- Incorporates feedback from senior team members and stakeholders to refine and improve work.
- Stays up to date on design tools, industry trends, and best practices—including AI-assisted design and emerging digital formats—to improve efficiency and creativity.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong creative skills with the ability to execute design projects independently, from brief to final production.
- Ability to take direction, interpret brand standards, and produce polished, on-brand deliverables.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles; fine art skills (illustration, painting, drawing, etc.)a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design software; experience with digital, print, and video design.
- Understandingofbasic HTML/CSS for digital projects is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail,ensuring all designs are accurate, polished, and error-free.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, withabilityto articulate design decisions and collaborate effective with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable contributing ideas in brainstorming sessions and incorporating feedback from senior designers and Art Directors.
- Interest in creating content across all digital and social media channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relatable field.
- 2-6 years of graphic design with a focus on digital and print.
- Experience in the retail industry preferred.
The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and disability benefits.
