Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be a key member of Skinfix's creative team. Responsible for designing assets across 360 campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and quality. Working closely with the Art Director, this role will contribute creative ideas, execute designs with strong attention to detail, and support projects from concept through final delivery. The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is excited to grow within a fast-paced brand environment.

• Design creative assets across channels including e-comm, social media, paid media, retail marketing, print, and presentations.
• Support product launches and seasonal campaigns from concept through execution.
• Edit short-form video content for social media, paid advertising, website, and retailer platforms.
• Create motion graphics and animations to enhance digital storytelling (strong plus).
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Marketing, Social, and Product teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touch points.
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure assets meet platform specifications and deadlines.
• Stay current on design, beauty, social, and digital trends while bringing fresh ideas to the team.

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the beauty, skincare, fashion, or CPG brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, marketing campaigns, digital design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Experience using Figma for design, collaboration, and asset development.
• Experience working on print and creating production ready assets
• Knowledge of motion design and animation is a plus.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
