- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and using design tools such as Figma.
- Experience designing creative tools or with Generative AI technologies.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience designing for media generation or photo/video editing tools.
- Experience developing high-fidelity visual designs for consumer-focused products.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled UX designer to join our growing team and help drive the development of Flow, an AI-native creation platform within Google Labs.
In this role, you will play a key role in evolving the flagship ecosystem for Google’s foundational generative models, including Veo, Imagen, and Nano Banana. You will translate complex model capabilities into intuitive tools, contribute to immediate product iterations, and help define the long-term design goal for the future of creative expression.
