Senior Producer

• • Lead production planning and execution across multiple concurrent branded video and photography projects, developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• • Translate directors' creative visions into executable production plans, addressing budget, timing, logistics, and feasibility
• • Build and manage production budgets from bidding through actualization, negotiating costs and tracking spend
• • Source and manage DPs, social content creators, photographers, stylists, crews, freelancers, vendors, studios, locations, equipment, and other production partners
• • Drive pre-production logistics, including locations, permits, travel, vehicles, props, catering, insurance, releases, call sheets, and shoot requirements
• • Run on-set operations, maintaining schedules, budgets, logistics, safety, and deliverables while resolving challenges in real time
• • Coordinate handoffs to post-production and communicate assets, schedules, specifications, and deliverable requirements
• • Guide and mentor production managers and coordinators, allocate work, elevate complex projects, and improve workflows, tools, rate cards, and partner networks

• 5+ years of production experience in branded content, advertising, publishing, digital media, a production company, or related environment
• Significant hands-on experience producing video and photography from pre-production through shoot, wrap, and actualization
• Ability to manage complex productions involving multiple deliverables, stakeholders, locations, talent, budgets, and timelines
• Strong working knowledge of production crews, equipment, studios, locations, permitting, insurance, releases, licensing, and production compliance
• Experience sourcing, negotiating with, and managing external vendors, freelancers, crews, and production partners
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding production team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with creative leadership, clients, internal partners, vendors, and crews
• Strong judgment, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and production risk management
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while protecting creative quality, timelines, budgets, and scope
• Role based in New York City with office work required four days per week
