What You’ll Do

The Art Director, Global Creative contributes to the development and execution of 360 campaign ecosystems for New Product Launches, seasonal moments, and brand initiatives. Reporting into the Associate Creative Director, Global Creative, this role is responsible for translating creative direction into high-quality visual outputs across all touchpoints.

While partnering closely with senior creative leadership on large-scale campaigns, this role can also lead smaller-scale initiatives end-to-end bringing strong ideas to life with clarity, craft, and precision.

You will play a key role across the full campaign lifecycle—from early concept development and mockups through pre-production, shoot support, and final asset delivery ensuring all work meets brand standards and is executed at the highest level.

What You’ll Be Working On
ART DIRECTION & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
  • Support the development and visualization of campaign concepts across New Product Launches, seasonal moments, and category repromotes
  • Create mockups, comps, and presentation materials to bring creative ideas to life
  • Translate creative direction into clear, compelling visual outputs across formats
  • Independently lead smaller-scale creative projects, from concept through execution
Partner closely with copy to ensure cohesive storytelling across all deliverables PRE-PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION & POST-PRODUCTION DUTIES
  • Support pre-production planning across campaign shoots
  • Develop and organize shot lists aligned to campaign objectives
  • Assist in preparing visual references, decks, and production materials

    Partner with production and creative teams to ensure readiness ahead of shoot
  • Support art direction across shoots, ensuring alignment to creative intent
  • Assist in reviewing photography, selects, and edits to maintain brand standards
  • Execute and oversee retouching, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail
  • Prepare and finalize assets for delivery across all campaign touchpoints
CREATIVE COLLABORATION & TEAM CONTRIBUTION
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with copy, production, PMO, and marketing teams
  • Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Take direction and feedback constructively, iterating quickly to refine outputs

Must Haves
  • 4–6+ years of experience in art direction, design, or related creative roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign execution and high-quality visual craft
  • Experience supporting photoshoots, content production, and asset development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and retouching workflows
  • Experience with AI image/motion generation tools and workflows, with the ability to integrate them into modern content creation
  • Strong understanding of production processes and asset delivery requirements
  • Strong eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling
  • High level of craft and attention to detail
  • Organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple assets and timelines
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment

Salary range: $115,000 — $130,000 USD
