We’re looking for a creative problem solver who is passionate about telling stories and crafting work that makes the technical feel human and authentic. You're a conceptual thinker who can bring your ideas to life in new and inspiring ways. You must be comfortable working across all mediums. You have a well-defined perspective on concept, story, and tone of voice on behalf of brands.

You have a high level of craft in all facets of your writing, from in-product to short and long-form scripts. When you decide to make something, you follow your vision from concept to launch.

Required Skills:

Copywriter, CX Responsibilities:

Write and concept ideas for a variety of mediums, including mobile, social, product, film, interactive, content, activations, OOH, print, events, experiential, and events, etc

Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team

Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment

Create original, breakthrough work

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of agency/in-house concepting and writing copy for brands

History of self-initiated projects

Experience in product storytelling and project strategy

Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating content and campaigns on emerging platforms and formats

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Experience in pursuing emerging technologies

Fashion and tech marketing experience

Public Compensation:

$98,000/year to $144,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
