Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, Inc. seeks part-time West African teaching artists to lead dance residencies in schools and community settings in the NYC metro area. Residencies range from 1-hour workshops to multi-week programs, with travel reimbursed for local sites.
Teaching artists work under the AAIE program and report to the Director of AAIE. Responsibilities include delivering standards-based dance instruction, collaborating with school partners, and maintaining timely documentation.
