Designer – Seasonal​/Holiday Licensed and Generic Department

Responsibilities:

• Create original artwork and assets for a wide range of consumer products, including drinkware, accessories, gifting, stationery, and home decor.
• Broad understanding of various demographic trend interests.
• Ability to illustrate and design original graphics and patterns.
• Develop packaging and PDQ (Product Display Quantity) designs that are retail-ready and brand-appropriate for Mass Market.
• Build and present seasonal product line presentations that align with brand strategies and partner expectations.
• Work closely with Product Development and Production teams to tech out designs and ensure accurate hand-offs for manufacturing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Licensing, Marketing, and Sales teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Maintain high standards for visual execution, art layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Adapt quickly to shifting timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide creative solutions to design challenges while staying within budget and manufacturing parameters.
