Overview
- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery
- Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling solutions
- Create site maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and designers in Agile environments
- Present design recommendations directly to clients
- Lead workshops, feedback sessions, and internal presentations
- Own and drive accountability for your work end-to-end
- Contribute to Barbarian's growing design culture
- Evolve design systems and best practices for consistency and scale
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools
- Push creative boundaries while keeping usability front and center
- 5–8 years in Product or UX Design
- Strong portfolio across web and native app platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Collaborative, curious, and craft-driven mindset
