Manager, Editorial Newsletters

• Develop and manage newsletter production strategies and processes
• Collaborate with content teams to curate newsletters
• Monitor newsletter performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
• Regularly communicate performance and insights to the broader teams
• Collaborate with design to manage template module set
• Oversee push notifications production
• Manage partners and lead relationships with external agencies and vendors
• Lead the execution of new email personalization plan to drive improvement in subscriber engagement
• Find and recommend ways to innovate and grow our email program

• 5+ years of experience managing editorial newsletters
• Knowledge of key email newsletters fundamentals
• Knowledge of Iterable and other newsletter platforms
• Understanding of Content Management Systems and Digital Editorial production
• Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS and how it applies to email
• Ability to troubleshoot & resolve rendering issues across email clients & platforms
• Very data-driven
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Airtable and Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.

Demonstrates expertise in managing editorial newsletters, including strategy development, performance analysis, and collaboration with content and design teams. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and various newsletter platforms to enhance subscriber engagement and program innovation.
