Fi is looking for a Culture & Events Specialist to enhance our culture through strategic event planning, data-driven culture initiatives, and partnerships across departments to strengthen connection, communication, satisfaction, and retention. At Fi, we believe that a belief in our mission, strong team connections and shared experiences are fundamental to the employee and the company  success.

You will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing a diverse range of programming that bring our teams together, support our mission, and foster the high-speed, collaborative culture that makes Fi special.
