Creative Services is a highly skilled, collaborative, and supportive team of designers, video producers, and motion graphics artists within the integrated TD Securities Marketing team. The team partners with stakeholders across all TD Securities lines of business—including Investment Banking, Global Research & Strategy, Global Markets, and Colleague Experience—to deliver high-quality creative across digital, video, social, print, and internal communications channels. Working closely with Marketing, Communications, and business partners across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, Creative Services provides creative direction, production expertise, brand guidance, and executional excellence for internal and external campaigns and projects.

The team fosters a culture of partnership, shared knowledge, and continuous development, helping colleagues and business partners bring strategic priorities to life through compelling, on-brand creative.

Reporting into Creative Services, the Video Producer will support the development and production of video and podcast content that advances business objectives across TD Securities. This hands-on role will contribute to internal and external marketing campaigns, social media content, executive and corporate communications, and event-related production. The successful candidate will also help manage video equipment and the New York media studio, while supporting photography production at TDS events and conferences.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player, brand ambassador, and trusted partner to marketing and business stakeholders. They are motivated by creating best-in‑class content, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment, and able to bring both creativity and technical expertise to a range of video formats—from short‑form social content and talking‑head interviews to longer‑form documentary‑style videos. They are proactive, adaptable, supportive, and eager to contribute ideas, share knowledge, and help strengthen the broader creative team.

Success in this role requires a strong balance of creative, technical, project management, and relationship management skills.

• 3 - 5 years of relevant video and podcast production experience
• Strong working knowledge of production cameras and accessories (Sony)
• On‑set experience in an execution‑based role (Director, DP)
• Experience in studio production environment with industry standard lighting and audio equipment
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Strong knowledge of creative best practices for web and social content (video, photo, and podcasts)
• Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable dealing with colleagues and presenting to business partners
• Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and tasks in a demanding, deadline‑oriented environment
• Beginner / intermediate skills in (After Effects, Audition)
• Working knowledge of the capital markets sector would be an asset
• NYC- based hybrid position
• Ability to travel to TDS hosted industry conferences for video and podcast production
