Senior Graphic Designer

Location: New York, USA - candidates must be currently living in USA

We're partnering with a leading global insurance broker to find a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team in New York. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proposal/presentation design expert to take ownership of high-profile, complex RFPs and help shape design standards across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Leading design on complex, high-profile RFPs and proposal presentations, translating technical and commercial content into clear, compelling visual layouts, and ensuring every output aligns with brand and RFP standards.
• You'll also review and quality-check work from other designers, guide RFP Managers and Content colleagues on layout and visual structure, and help embed consistent tools, templates, and processes across the design function.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years' experience in graphic or presentation design, advanced PowerPoint skills, and strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A track record designing proposals, pitches, or other client-facing materials, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball.
• Experience of working within the financial services sector
• Above all, you're quality-focused, proactive, collaborative, and a confident communicator.
