Requirements

• 5 years of experience working in broadcast, cable, or live-streaming news
• Minimum 3 years on a live, daily show
• At least 1 year as a line producer, ideally with breaking news experience
• Strong editorial judgment and deep understanding of journalistic standards
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Willing and able to work in person five days a week in New York, NYDesired Characteristics

• Strong journalist with excellent control room instincts
• Editorially sharp and visually creative – you care about headlines, graphics, and clean visual storytelling
• Energized by live breaking news and able to jump in anytime – nights, weekends, holidays
• Steady under pressure and decisive in a fast‑paced control room
• Enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams and formats

• Flexible schedule – this role includes early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends as needed
