On Product Marketing Graphic Designer

We are hiring a graphic designer for a top fashion company in NYC. As an On Product Marketing Graphic Designer, you’ll partner closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and the broader creative team, contribute to concept development, uphold brand consistency, and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Hourly pay rate up to $40.00 based on experience.

• Participate in concept development for seasonal creative in partnership with the Senior Graphic Designer and creative team.
• Work on packaging, labeling and on‑product marketing files in Adobe Illustrator.
• Apply design updates across many production art files and package files for release.
• Follow branding and licensing guidelines to create consistent and accurate on‑product marketing.
• Research new trends in design and production techniques.
• Create graphic design concepts and board presentations.
• Collaborate with designers on new projects.
• Build and update review documents with minimal oversight.
• Track timelines and deliverables, ensuring assets meet review and release deadlines.
• Communicate proactively around scheduling concerns and collaborate to resolve blockers.
• Support a collaborative, positive, cross‑functional working environment.
• Strong communicator with the ability to give and receive direct, actionable feedback.
• Self‑directed and organized; able to manage assignments independently while knowing when to ask questions.
• Passionate about design with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who values clear communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a design role, ideally in a retail or agency setting.
• Expert‑level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of digital best practices and how to apply them in real‑world execution.
