- Collaborate with Business Leadership, Researchers, Strategists, Project Managers, and 2D, 3D, and Multimedia design teammates
- Understand clients’ business problems and participate in strategic problem solving
- Immerse in clients’ brands, audiences, market insights, and challenge contexts
- Brainstorm, develop concepts, workflows, and frameworks through gestural layouts and sketches
- Co-create and refine renderings, physical and digital mock-ups, animation, and VR experiences
- Present human-centered strategic design approaches internally and externally
- Create presentations communicating insights, strategies, and design solutions using PowerPoint, presentation software, and multimedia
- Collaborate with creative production teams to develop final print and digital design files
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communications
- Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly creative with amazing visualization skills
- Understanding of UI/UX systems thinking
- Knowledge of Figma is a bonus
- Strong desire to contribute to an inclusive design environment
- Desire to innovate, collaborate and co-create with diverse thinkers
Demonstrates expertise in graphic design and visual communications, with a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of UI/UX systems thinking. Capable of collaborating with diverse teams to innovate and create human-centered design solutions.
