Baby​/Children's apparel Designer

We are looking for a Apparel Designer to join our growing team and help the design and development of collections across Boys, Girls, Toddler, and Infant apparel.

We are looking for a designer who is familiar with trend, color, print, graphics, fabric, silhouettes, and value required in childrens' apparel.

• Design and develop seasonal collections across Boys, Girls, Toddler, and Infant categories, including bodysuits, rompers, coordinated sets, dresses, knit and woven tops, leggings, joggers, fleece, and outerwear.
• Be on top of fashion, color, print, graphic, fabric, and trends and translate them into apparel.
• Create assortments across age groups and genders and meeting retailer-specific needs.
• Review production samples and provide clear comments on changes or approvals.
• Manage deadlines and programs to make sure we are meeting all deadlines

• 3-5+ years of apparel design experience, preferably within Boys, Girls, Infant, Baby, Toddler Apparel.
• Understanding of childrens garments, fabrics, fit, prints, graphics, trims, and product development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience creating CADs, tech packs, trend presentations, color palettes, prints, and graphics.
• Ability to identify trends and translate them into childrens clothing
• Experience in designing licensed apparel
• Can communication and collaboration with the team.
