- Ideate, create, and bring social-first content to life around home and auto ownership, family life, preparedness, and insurance
- Develop original concepts and produce engaging video and static creative
- Create visual social media assets for Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, You Tube, and other channels
- Manage personal production for social photo and video shoots
- Brainstorm inventive content ideas and apply new formats to promote engagement
- Pitch concepts to internal and client teams
- Plan shots, shoot content, edit final video deliverables, and handle storyboarding
- Create write-ups, art copy, scripts, and post copy
- Ensure creative excellence while collaborating with teammates and clients
- Work as an individual contributor reporting to the Associate Content Director, Social
- Must be US based
- Must list social media handles or portfolio
- 4+ years minimum experience
- Bachelor's in advertising, Marketing or related field required; equivalent experience in a relevant field accepted in lieu of degree
- Deep understanding of diverse cultural perspectives and multicultural audiences
- Experience creating social content for home and auto ownership, insurance-related topics, family life, or preparedness
- Experience with social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Meta
- Copywriting experience for write-ups, art copy, scripts, and post copy
- Experience creating content for multiple brands with varied outputs and timelines
- Video production experience including shot planning, shooting, and editing
- Comfortable shooting on an iPhone
- Video editing skills
- Experience shooting in a lit studio environment
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Express, and Illustrator
- Comfortable with styling and appearing behind and in front of the camera
Demonstrates expertise in creating engaging social media content across multiple platforms, with strong skills in video production, editing, and copywriting. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients while managing diverse content projects.
